Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Refund Policy and Instructions

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions:

  • Item is a standard stock item, not custom or special order, and has not been used.
  • Item is returned with MAD issued RMA number.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • A restocking fee of 25% will be applicable to returned items.
  • Shipping costs can not be refunded.
  • You are responsible for any costs (freight etc) associated with returning the item to us.

Faulty Items Returns

If an item is faulty, MAD Elevator Inc. will take necessary actions which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product at no cost, provided the item is returned with MAD Elevator Inc. approved RMA/NCR #. Standard warranty applies.


Return Instructions for Online Purchases

To return a product to MAD Elevator Inc., please contact us at  (866) 967-8500 or customerservice@madelevator.com. A MAD representative will issue a RMA or NCR number and provide further instructions.
